Saludos a todos, hoy les traigo lo que fue mi participación en la primera válida del TCO (Tour Centro Occidente), en Nirgua Estado Yaracuy. Nuevamente representando a Hive Blockchain.
Greetings to all, today I bring you what was my participation in the first valid of the TCO (West Central Tour), in Nirgua Yaracuy State. Again representing Hive Blockchain.

Día de la Competencia
El TCO es uno de los eventos a los que quería ir desde hace mucho tiempo, con gente de todo el país y atletas de alto rendimiento. Cada competición es un nuevo reto para mí, ya que apenas estoy adquiriendo experiencia en la competición.
The TCO is one of the events I have wanted to go to for a long time, people from all over the country and high performance athletes. Every competition is a new challenge for me, as I am just gaining experience in competing.

Antes de competir hay toda una preparación detrás de cada competición, como organizar el material antes de la competición, tener la bici en buen estado y asegurarse de que nada va a fallar a la hora de competir, la nutrición es importantísima, los geles y no sólo el material sino también la mentalidad, cómo nos afecta la nieve, las emociones de que todo salga bien en una bajada técnica, una subida o un salto.
Before competing there is a whole preparation behind each competition, such as organising the materials prior to the competition, having the bike in good condition and making sure that nothing is going to fail when competing, nutrition is extremely important, the gels and not only the material but also the mentality, how the snow affects us, the emotions that everything goes well in a technical descent, a climb or a jump.

Se trataba de un circuito de 5 kilómetros al que había que dar 4 vueltas a todo gas desde la salida hasta la meta.
This was a 5 kilometre circuit where you had to run 4 laps at full throttle from the start to the finish line.

Desde el inicio de la competencia logré posicionarme en el segundo lugar y en la segunda vuelta me pasó el tercer lugar y me quedé detrás de él, en la última vuelta logré pasarlo y luego me atacó y yo también pero no fui lo suficientemente fuerte para responder al ataque, finalmente logré mantenerme en el tercer lugar en la segunda competencia del año.
From the start of the competition I managed to position myself in second place and on the second lap the third place rider passed me and I stayed behind him, on the last lap I managed to pass him and then he attacked me and so did I but I was not strong enough to respond to the attack, finally I managed to stay in third place in the second competition of the year.
