Midwinter - Actifit Report, February 7 2022 [ENG-TUR]

This is my 79th Actifit post, after 15 days. I have decided to share my Actifit post also in my mother language from now on. Thus, I can contribute to the development of TR tag.

Bu benim 15 gün sonraki 79. Actifit yazım. Bundan sonra Actifit yazılarımı Türkçe olarak da paylaşmaya karar verdim. Böylece TR etkietinin gelişimine katkıda bulunabilmiş olurum.

After snowy and freezing days, the weather has been warmer for a while in my city. I last walked two weeks ago on a snowy day. I walked about two kms on Saturday, but I didn't open the Actifit App. However, I wanted to walk and open it after work today because it was going to rain in the late evening and in the following days.

Karlı ve dondurucu günlerden sonra yaşadığım şehirde have bir süredir daha ılık gidiyor. En son iki hafta önce karlı bir günde yürüyüş yapmıştım. Cumartesi günü yaklaşık iki kilometre yürümüştüm ama Actifit uygulamasını açmamıştım. Fakat, bugün işten sonra yürüyüş yapıp uygulamayi açmak istedim çünkü akşam ilerleyen saatlerde ve sonraki günlerde hava yağmurlu olacak.

Having come from work, I ate and rested for a while, then I went for a walk on the grounds of going to the market. A few minutes later I left home, it started to rain, but I kept walking because it wasn't too heavy. This market is the one which is relatively close than the others I always go to. Even going to a market has created a phobia in people because of the increasing prices. Every time I go to market, the price of almost everything goes up. The price of everything goes up everyday in the country. On the other hand, Omicron cases are increasing in the country. There is no lockdown, but this winter is very difficult compared to the last winter. Let's see what will happen to us.

İşten geldikten sonra yemek yiyip biraz dinlendikten sonra markete gitme bahanesiyle yürüyüşe çıktım. Evden çıktıktan bir kaç dakika sonra yağmur başladı ama çok şiddetli olmadığı için yürümeye devam ettim. Bu market her zaman gittiğim marketlerden nispeten daha yakın olanı. Artik markete gitmek bile artan fiyatlar yüzünden insanlarda fobi oluşturdu. Her gittiğimde markette nerdeyse herşeyin fiyatı artmış oluyor. Ülkede her gün her şeye zam geliyor. Bir yandan da Omicron vakaları artıyor. Kapanma yok ama bu kış geçen kışa göre çok çok zor geçiyor. Bakalım halimiz ne olacak.

At the end of the day, I made 5452 steps. It is not much, but better than nothing.

Günün sonunda 5452 adım atmışım. Çok bir şey değil ama hiç yoktan iyidir.
