CFR Cluj Are The Brand New Romanian Football Champions, For The Fifth Time In A Row!
Good evening once again, fellow HIVE users, football fans worldwide, CFR Cluj fans and supporters from Romania as well as dear readers outside of HIVE! For today's last post here on my HIVE blog, I wanted to celebrate the fact that CFR Cluj won another Liga I trophy for the fifth time consecutively since 2018 onwards.
Thanks to amazing coach Dan Petrescu, the white burgundies, as they are also colloquially known, managed to win a fifth national league trophy for the fifth consecutive year in the second last match of the current Liga I season which ended in 2–1 home victory over title rivals CS Universitatea Craiova.
This result permanently puts title rivals Bucharest-based FCSB on the second place and CS Universitatea Craiova on the third place.

Well done CFR! Much respect and may the club qualify for the group stage of a UEFA European cup in the near future. By winning the national title, the Romanian champions will go on to play in the first qualifying round of the next UEFA Champions League season. Hai CFR!

I remember the fact that Romania played a great match against Pele's Brazil at the 1970 World Cup in Mexico.😃
