Walking is One Way to Become Fit

There are many ways to start your day like running, jogging, walking, or even doing chores inside your house.

I start my day by walking around my neighborhood. I saw lots of familiar faces around my neighborhood. Some were doing their chores, dressing up their children, watering their plants, or cleaning their house.

I walk every morning to make myself motivated on that day.
