Daily Blog 013: A Walk to the market

It's time to walk into the market because we need to prepare some dinner for our family. Going there wasn't an easy task because I did my household chores after I finish going the church but I think it's worth it because I can buy food for our dinner and at the same time I can exercise on my own by walking.

There are a couple of people that are also buying some of them bought a dried fish, some bought a fish, other bought a chicken meat or pork meat but for me I plan to buy a chicken because that's the easiest way to cook and it is also simple.

When I went to the market, almost all of the seller from the market always ask me to buy their meat or vegetables and sometimes you can get discount if you will buy lots of it and of course, you will choose the meat that are fresh not the old one because some seller also sell old stock meat but at a low price.

After I bought something to cook from the market, I went home and walk again to exercise a little bit.
