My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2022

I went to church today and get some stuff done before the Dallas cowboy football game.
I watched the game with my husband and then I made a really yummy stew tonight using my Instant Pot.

I meant to take a photo of the stew in a bowl, but I forgot to before we ate tonight.

I wanted to share that I use an app called The Youversion Bible.
You can read many different versions of the Bible by using this app.
Mostly I read the ESV and Message versions in the app.
We have the ESV bible version in our church and I have a copies of the ESV and MSG bible at my house that I like to read and study.
The Message bible is by Eugene Peterson with a lot of other scholars that helped him with the edits.

Another nice thing is you can get a Bible verse of the day sent to your phone.
There are Bible study plans that you can follow in the App.
The plan I’m reading right now is the Bible in one year by Nicky Gumbel.
This is what the icon looks like for the app.

Ignore that this says it is for 2021, because you can still read this plan this year.

Oh and yes you can let it read the devotional or any parts of the Bible verses to you.
