My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2022

The only walking I did was in the grocery store and to go get my haircut today.
Also out to my greenhouse to get the heater all set up and make sure everything was good out there.
We had a big cold front coming in.
So at the time that I’m posting this we’ve had freezing rain and now it’s turned to sleet and we’re supposed to get a little bit of snow too.

Last Saturday we had our Redbud tree cut down.
It was on its last leg and really didn’t look that great by the end of the fall.
We also had our tree guy grind out the stump, so come the spring time I’ll be planting something new in its spot.

This is what it looked like before it got cut down.

I already planted a small weeping Japanese Maple last spring in front of where the Redbud used to be.
It doesn’t have any leaves on it this time of year!
