My Actifit Report Card: May 4 2025

Just a casual stroll at the mall,, and somehow I hit 10,000 steps on my Actifit app❗ Today's my first day using this app. Who knew shopping could be such a workout?! 😁

I got bored at home so instead of just sitting in front of the TV,, I decided to take a stroll at the mall... I checked out a few shops, tried on a few garments 😁, and passed by the food court.. and nope, I didn't buy any food or drinks.. I won't let temptation derail my step goals today 💪🏻💪🏻.. not today 😅
resisting those food court smells would be my workout strategy today. 🤣😂 Sometimes the best workout or the most steps come out of nowhere..
