Learning and Walking: My Actifit Report Card

I lived in China for more than a year. I was there for the start of 'The Pandemic' and still have friends that live there. While living there, I fell in love with the people, culture, and the language.

One of my dreams is to master the Chinese language, Mandarin. Im far from it, but I've been learning on and off ever since I left. I regret not taking advantage of the language emersion while living there.

Three weeks ago I started waking up at 4am to go on 20 - 30 minute walks. I added these walks to so I could practice Chinese. Every morning, I wake up, put on my headphones, and replay a Chinese Mandarin course that I rented from my library. Its not much, but I believe that much of learning a language is consistency.

I also simultaneously get a few thousands steps in. I hope that I stay consistent and improve. Check out a summary of my last few months below.
