My Actifit Report Card: November 20 2021

Yesterday was a basic day of fitness for my wife and I. I walked for 30 minutes in the morning. I started walking daily about a month ago to drop some weight and increase longevity.

While I'm walking, my wife does yoga and has been practicing consistently for more than a year. She started with simple videos on YouTube and now uses Pelaton. She LOVES Pelaton because of the variety of classes. Like most people that use Pelaton, she also loves the playlist.

Later in the evening we do weight lifting workouts listed below:

  1. Air Squats: (22 x 3)
  2. Pull Downs: (3 x 3 x 15)
  3. DB Deadlifts: (3 x 12)
  4. Sit Ups: (3 x 15)
  5. Pushups: (3 x 15)
  6. Rows: (3 x 3 x 15)

This was workout number 2/3 this week, and we have one more to go.
