My Actifit Report Card: March 2 2026 [CZ/EN]

Ahoj!
Dnes jsem zajel po obědě se psy na cvičák a po návratu jsem si šel konečně zaběhat.
Večer jsem pak odjel do práce na noční dvanáctku.

Hi!
After lunch today, I took the dogs to dog training, and when I got back, I finally went for a run.
This evening, I headed out for a 12-hour night shift.

Na cvičáku jsem Oggyho zvykal na dopad houpačky.
Vyskakoval na její konec, který byl kus nad zemí, a také si s Cesmínou zaskákal přes překážky.

At the training field, I worked with Oggy on his seesaw landings.
He was jumping onto the end of the plank while it was still a bit above the ground, and he also did some hurdles with Cesmína.

Dnes jsem si šel konečně zaběhat.
Je znát, že jsem dlouho nevyrazil, ale lýtko, se kterým jsem měl potíže, vůbec neprotestovalo.

I’m so glad I finally got that run in.
It’s clear I haven’t been out in a while, but my calf—which has been giving me trouble lately—didn’t protest at all.
