My Actifit Report Card: March 20 2026 [EN/CZ]

Hi!
Another great day.
I spent the morning tinkering with the car 🙂. After lunch, we headed to the training field with the dogs, and later, before starting my 12-hour night shift, I squeezed in a quick run.

Další vydařený den.
Dopoledne jsem se pořád o něco pokoušel na autě 🙂. Po obědě jsme se psy vyrazili na cvičák a odpoledne, ještě než jsem odešel na noční dvanáctku, jsem si šel zaběhat.

At the training field, Oggy and I mainly practiced the slalom. Jumping over obstacles and chasing the frisbee was a nice way to mix up the session.

Na cvičáku jsme s Oggym trénovali hlavně slalom. Skákání přes překážky a běhání za frisbee bylo fajn zpestřením celého tréninku.

I hit the trails in the woods, visiting spots I hadn’t seen since autumn. I took Cesmína and Dantík with me, and for the first time, I had them both tethered to me. It went surprisingly well 👍 – no major tangling!

Vyběhl jsem do lesa na místa, kde jsem od podzimu nebyl. Vzal jsem s sebou Cesmínu i Dantíka a poprvé jsem je měl oba uvázané k sobě. Šlo to překvapivě dobře 👍, žádné velké zamotávání se nekonalo.
