[EN/CZ] My Actifit Report Card: May 4 2026

Hi everyone! 👋
It was another beautiful day today. I spent the morning walking all the dogs, including my son's dog, Dante. In the afternoon, I went for a run and took Cesmína and Oggy along with me. 🏃‍♂️🐾
In the evening, we visited my son to celebrate Dante's 2nd birthday. 🎂

Dneska bylo zase krásně. Dopoledne jsem vyvenčil všechny psy, včetně synova Danteho. Odpoledne jsem si pak zašel zaběhat a Cesmína s Oggym běželi se mnou. 🏃‍♂️🐾
Večer jsme se stavili u syna na návštěvu, abychom oslavili Danteho 2. narozeniny. 🎂

The plan was a 30-minute recovery run, keeping my heart rate under 119 bpm. 🏃‍♂️ It was already quite warm for a run, so I took the dogs around the ponds where they could jump in and cool off every chance they got. 💦🐾
