Hi!
Early this morning, I dropped my wife off at the dentist and used the waiting time to walk the dogs in the park.
At noon, I took them to the training grounds, and right after we got back, I managed to fit in a run.
I finished the whole day by heading out for a 12-hour night shift.

Brzy ráno jsem odvezl manželku k zubaři a volný čas při čekání jsem využil k vyvenčení psů v parku.
V poledne jsem s nimi zajel na cvičák a hned po návratu jsem si šel ještě zaběhat.
Celý den jsem pak zakončil odjezdem na noční dvanáctku.


The medical center where our dentist is located is right in the castle park, so I brought the dogs along and gave them a good walk there. There were three or four robotic lawnmowers out in the park.

Poliklinika, kam jezdíme k zubaři, se nachází přímo v zámeckém parku, takže jsem vzal pejsky s sebou a pořádně je tam vyvenčil. O trávník se tam staraly tři nebo čtyři robotické sekačky.


The dogs got plenty of jumping practice during agility yesterday, so today at our training grounds, we focused only on the slalom. I added two poles, so we are currently training with six. I’ll add two more once the six-pole slalom is perfect, but that will take some time. Still, we always have to make time for some frisbee fun!

Včera si psi na tréninku agility zaskákali dost, tak jsme dnes u nás na cvičáku trénovali jen slalom. Přidal jsem dvě tyčky a teď už tedy trénujeme na šesti. Další dvě přidám, až bude slalom se šesti stoprocentní – to ale bude chvíli trvat. I na běhání za talířem nám ale vždy musí zbýt čas!


After yesterday's short and easy recovery run, a slightly more challenging workout awaited me today. I planned 39 minutes at a heart rate of 148–150 bpm. It was the perfect opportunity to hit a hillier trail terrain, where the heart rate climbs a bit faster, but it made the run so much more enjoyable.

Po včerejším krátkém a snadném běhu mě dneska čekal o něco náročnější trénink. Naplánoval jsem si 39 minut v tepové frekvenci 148–150 tepů za minutu. Byla to ideální příležitost vyrazit do kopcovitějšího trailového terénu, kde sice tep letí nahoru o něco rychleji, ale o to víc mě to bavilo.
