[EN/CZ] My Actifit Report Card: May 18 2026

Hi everyone!

This morning I was understandably catching up on sleep after my night shift – not for too long, but still! 🙂

After lunch, I went for a run, and in the afternoon, we took the dogs for a walk through the city.

Dopoledne jsem po noční směně pochopitelně spal – sice ne moc dlouho, ale aspoň něco! 🙂

Po obědě jsem si šel zaběhat a odpoledne jsme vzali psy na procházku městem.

To be honest, today's run didn't feel right at all. Maybe it was due to the lack of sleep after my night shift, but it was more likely because I went running right after lunch.

Dnešní běh mi popravdě moc nesedl. Možná to bylo trochu kratším spánkem po noční směně, ale spíše tím, že jsem vyběhl hned po obědě.

We walked through the city to the pet store, and from there, we continued through the Areál Zdraví (a local recreation park).
The pub there serves beer from the local Sokolov brewery, so we grabbed a pint 🍺, sat on the grass, and enjoyed the beautiful weather.
We even got to listen to a guitar player who settled into a nearby gazebo for a while. 🎸

Šli jsme přes město do zverimexu, odkud jsme pokračovali přes Areál zdraví.
V tamní hospůdce prodávají pivo ze Sokolovského pivovaru, tak jsme si s jedním 🍺 sedli na louku a užívali si pěkné počasí.
Chvíli jsme měli možnost poslouchat i kytarového umělce, který si sedl do altánu opodál. 🎸
