[EN/CZ] My Actifit Report Card: June 1 2026

Hey there!

I managed to get quite a lot done today.

In the morning, I took Oggýsek to the vet.
After lunch, we headed to the dog training club.
In the afternoon, I popped out for a run, and towards the evening, we headed out to the park with the dogs.

Ahoj!

Dneska jsem toho stihl docela dost.

Dopoledne jsem zajel s Oggýskem na veterinu.
Po obědě jsme zamířili na cvičák.
Odpoledne jsem si odskočil zaběhat a k večeru jsme vyrazili se psy do parku.

🐕 At the dog training club, Oggy and I practiced the weave poles again after quite a while, and we caught some frisbees during the breaks. It was super fun.

🐕 Na cvičáku jsme s Oggym po delší době zase trénovali slalom a o přestávkách chytali frisbee. Byla to super zábava.

🏃‍♂️ I went for a run on the bike path. On the way back, I took a detour to check out a school playground that is open to the public in the afternoon.

🏃‍♂️ Běhat jsem šel na cyklostezku. Cestou zpátky jsem to vzal oklikou, abych omrknul jedno školní hřiště, které je odpoledne přístupné veřejnosti.

🌳 While walking the dogs in the park, we ended up getting some delicious ice cream. It was the perfect way to wrap up the day.🍦

🌳 Při venčení v parku jsme si nakonec dali i výbornou zmrzlinu. Byla to skvělá tečka za celým dnem. 🍦
