(ENG-CZE) My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2025

Hey.
Today I accompanied my mom shopping in the morning 🙈
In the afternoon, I worked out on the exercise bike.
In the evening, we went out with the dogs again for some refreshments.

Ahoj.
Dneska jsem dopoledne doprovázel mamku při nákupech 🙈
Odpoledne jsem si zacvičil na rotopedu.
Večer jsme zase zašli se psy se trochu občerstvit.

I didn’t feel like going for a run in the heat today, and some recovery was probably a good idea anyway.
So I went for a light workout on the elliptical instead.

Dneska se mi nechtělo v tom vedru jít běhat a nějaká regenerace by se také hodila.
Tak jsem si z lehka zacvičil na orbitreku.

In the evening, we went out to cool off.
The dogs had fun in the river at Krejcar’s footbridge, and I enjoyed a drink at our favourite local brewery.

Večer jsme se šli osvěžit.
Psi do řeky u Krejcarové lávky, mi v našem oblíbeném místním pivovaru.

On the way home, we passed through the Old Square again, enjoying the water mist there.

Cesta domů vedla zase přes Staré náměstí a jeho vodní mlhu.
