(ENG-CZE) My Actifit Report Card: October 1 2025
Hi.
Today was another active day for me.
In the morning, I spent some time outside with the dogs, at noon I went for a run, and in the evening I met my wife after she finished work.
Later, I also took my son’s dog, Dante, for a walk.

Ahoj.
Dneska jsem měl zase jednou docela dost pohybu.
Dopoledne jsem byl venku se psy.
V poledne jsem si šel zaběhat.
Večer jsem šel naproti manželce, když šla z práce.
Potom jsem ještě vyvenčil synovi Dantíka.
In the morning, I took the dogs on a long walk around the neighborhood.

Dopoledne jsem se psy šel na delší procházku po okolí.
For my run, I had planned a longer route through the woods and hills.
** 🏃 **
V plánu jsem měl delší běh v lese a v kopcích.
About halfway, I made a short detour to the Chapel of St. Mary Magdalene and its viewpoint.

Zhruba v polovině trasy jsem kousek odbočil ke kapli sv. Máří Magdalény a k vyhlídce u kaple.
The views from there are stunning—Lake Medard, the town of Sokolov, and the power plant all spread out in front of me.

Výhledy jsou odtud nádherné, hlavně na jezero Medard, město Sokolov a elektrárnu.
At the viewpoint, a herd of cows was grazing, and one was even lying down, something I had never seen before 🤔.
** 🐄 **
U vyhlídky se páslo stádo krav. Jedna kráva seděla, to jsem ještě nikdy neviděl 🤔
My wife and I usually meet in the park, and today I took a few photos there.
**
S manželkou se většinou potkáváme v parku.
Několik dnešních parkových fotek.
In the evening, Dante and I wandered around the neighborhood, played together in the meadow, and then went home for a while.

S Dantíkem jsme se večer prošli kolem bydliště, prohráli si na louce a potom šli na chvíli k nám.
