My Actifit Report Card: October 29 2025 (ENG-CZE)

Hi.
The weather was quite nice today.
I went for a run before lunch, and in the afternoon I went to meet my wife when she left work.
We met up in the park again.

Ahoj.
Dneska bylo u nás docela hezky.
Před obědem jsem se šel proběhnout.
Odpoledne jsem šel manželce naproti, když šla z práce. Sešli jsme se zase v parku.

Today's run was a bit longer — through the forest, up and down the hills, surrounded by beautiful autumn nature 🤩.
It was noticeable that I hadn’t run off the bike paths for quite a while.
The hills and mud were pretty challenging.

Dnešní běh byl o něco delší.
Les, kopce a krásné podzimní příroda 🤩. Bylo znát, že jsem delší dobu běhal jen po cyklostezce.
Kopečky a bahno byly docela náročné.

There are fewer and fewer leaves left on the trees in the park.

V parku na stromech listí ubývá.
