My Actifit Report Card: November 10 2025 (ENG-CZE)

Hi.
This morning, I went for a long run at 9:00 a.m. — not exactly my favorite time 😝.
Before lunch, we went to the potato store to buy some potatoes for storage.

In the afternoon, we walked the dogs, and at 5:00 p.m. I left for a 12-hour night shift.

Ahoj.
Dneska jsem vyrazil na delší běh už v 9.00 hod. ráno. Není to pro mě ideální čas 😝, ale ještě před obědem jsme jeli do bramborárny, nakoupit nějaké brambory na uskladnění.

Odpoledne jsme šli vyvenčit psy a v 17.00 hod jsem jel na noční 12 hod směnu.

I ran to the forest park where we usually train for canicross.

Běžel jsem do lesoparku, kde většinou běháme při canicross tréninku.

While our son was at work, we also took Dante outside and went with the dogs to the fields outside the city.

Ven jsme vzali i Dantíka, když je syn v práci a zašli se psy za město na pole.
