My Actifit Report Card: November 19 2025 (ENG-CZE)

Hi.
This morning, I went for a run, and after lunch I went to meet my wife.
At 5 p.m., I headed to work for a 12-hour night shift.

Ahoj.
Dneska dopoledne jsem se šel proběhnout.
Po obědě jsem šel manželce naproti.
V 17.00 hod. jsem jel do práce na noční 12 hod směnu.

I ran toward the snow ❄️.
I had to climb to a higher altitude.
The first half of the route was uphill 😝, but the way back was easier🙂.
It was sunny at the top with a light frost.

** 🏃🏼 **

Běžel jsem za sněhem ❄️.
Musel jsem vyběhnout do vyšší nadmořské výšky. První polovina trasy vedla do kopce😝, zpátky to už bylo lepší🙂.
Nahoře bylo slunečno s mírným mrazikem.

When my wife finished work, we went to meet her again. We usually meet in the park.

Manželka šla z práce, tak jsme ji šli zase naproti. Sejdeme se většinou v parku.
