I must say that today was quite a journey. Riding a motorcycle and I walked.
My Actifit Step Milestone 10 K were over reached.
The picture is of my son. He was planning to look at the TikTok and Short YouTube on Tablet.
I manage him to reduce screen time he use.
It's bad for a child to look at the phone or tablet screen for too long.


I bought a level 5 Water Bottle and activated it.
