And kalavhuna? This is actually something on a different level. A thick black oil-spiced broth, mildly spicy and a strong fried aroma — such a taste is difficult to find in many restaurants these days. The meat is so soft and fragrant that you can't leave without finishing the entire plate.

For those who are true Dhakai kalavhuna lovers, this is a must try. And those who are new to it, they will understand why it is so famous after eating it once. All in all, both Appayan's red and black roasted beans are the best, guaranteeing a proper desi aroma and authentic taste. You will feel again and again as you eat them — this is the real roast.
