My Actifit Report Card: August 29 2025

Happy Friday friends of Actifit 🤗! Welcome to my Actifit report for 29th August 2025. I see the weekend or rather the strongest days of the week.

This Friday was indeed a fun Friday! The amount of laughter I had today exceeds my activity count.

It all started with my boss. She needed me to print something, and when she came to my desk, she found me watching a Sonia Uche film; My House Help, which a comment of hers had prompted me to check it out. You should have seen how she burst out laughing at the memory of her watch😂🤭..we even forgot we had clients🤭..it was fun starting my laughter early.

Thanks to the many people who contributed to my laughter today. Especially on Hive community, I had a splendid hangout hosted by @sam.hangout where lessons and laughter were passed.

Laughter aside, guess who touched her dusty hola hoop, yeap that's me😌. In a long time I did some hola hooping. I couldn't keep the hoop up though, it kept falling😂 but I had my fun. That's all for Friday. I wish y'all a very happy Saturday. May the weekend rock on your end.
