My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2020

It's not very often that fate aligns and things all go to plan.... What I mean by that is; I managed to get a weekend off work, the weather is amazing and the kids and Mrs W were busting to get done fresh air....

So we jumped in the car, for the incredibly short drive (less than 5 mins), to get to the chosen spot, commonly know as the "smilog forestry".

The weather was a comfortable 24*c, and lucky for 1/2pint and 1/4pint, the trees gave great shade all throughout the walk.

Even 1/2pint had a blast, and having a picnic at the top made his day

The views from the top are amazing. With one side taking in the rolling Welsh valley of the old coal working villages

And the other with breathtaking views of the cake and Severn estuary way off in the distance

Hopefully that will be enough to get the kids off yo bed early tonight.... But I doubt it!
