  • IF ALL 32 TEAMS FAIL TO SELL ALL HBD TO BE RETURNED
  • ONCE ALL 32 TEAMS HAVE SOLD, THE DRAW WILL BE DONE LIVE ON DISCORD USING A RANDOM PICKER
