Night walk and Hamburger /My Actifit Report Card: May 31 2025

Greetings, dear friends of this moving community. The days are flying by, but we always have a moment of relaxation so we can live our lifestyle by doing activities we enjoy. Today we begin a new month #6, halfway through the year. So, it's important to make the determination to focus on what we want and take action.


That's why I continue with my walks. The truth is, this week I had some setbacks and didn't perform as well as I expected, but we must continue. Last night I felt a little anxious, and nothing better than a walk to unwind. This is the best exercise for it. So, I put on comfortable clothes, sneakers, and my bag
with my bottle of water, and started walking, I know it was a bit late, but that doesn't stop me, rather it encourages me, because I love the nights to do these activities, because the weather feels fresh and seeing the sky with the light of the moon and stars is inspiring, there is tranquility, because there are few vehicles, as it was Saturday there were people in the street.


while I was walking I thought I hadn't had dinner and the truth is that I craved a hamburger, so I quickened my steps and lengthened them, because I had to detour to another street to get to the place that a friend had recommended to me, when I arrived at the Restaurant I checked the menu and I always ask if there are many orders and how long it would take for my order, the owner told me in 20 minutes, so I hit play hehe.



Whenever I go out to eat, I'm with someone to share the meal. This didn't stop me from eating and enjoying my burger. Its soft sesame seed bun contained chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and cheddar cheese, accompanied by fries and a Coke. Nothing diet about it. My dinner was 500 calorors.But hey, a treat every now and then doesn't hurt. Plus, I'm on the go, since it took almost 3K to get there. And after eating, saying hello to a friend was very relaxing and a great night at that good fast food restaurant.
So, I walked back home, digesting and feeling guilty, since I don't usually eat so late. Guilty feelings hehehe, I found this evangelical church and also a dog came out of the darkness and scared me, so I greeted it and it left. Well no I arrived home safe and sound, relaxed, ready to take a shower and rest. That's how I finished my steps esterday, my adventurous friends. Saludos queridos amigos de esta comunidad en movimiento, los días están pasando volando, pero siempre tenemos un momento de relajación y así poder llevar nuestro estilo de vida haciendo actividades que nos gusta, ya hoy comenzamos un nuevo mes #6 falta la mitad para terminar el año. Así que es importante de tomar la determinación de enfocarnos en lo que queremos y accionar, por eso sigo con mis caminatas, la verdad está semana tuve unos contratiempos y no di lo que esperaba, pero hay que seguir. Anoche me sentí algo ansiosa y nada mejor que una caminata para drenar, este es el mejor ejercicio para ello, así que me puse ropa cómoda, calzado deportivo, mi bolso con mi botella de agua, y comencé a caminar, sé que era algo tarde, pero eso no me detiene, más bien me anima, porque amo las noches para hacer estás actividades, pues el clima se siente fresco y ver el cielo con la luz de la luna y estrellas es inspirador, hay tranquilidad, pues hay pocos vehículos, como era sábado había gente en la calle, mientras caminaba pensé que no había cenado y la verdad que me antojé de una hamburguesa, así que apresure mis pasos y los alargue, pues tenía que desviarme a otra calle para llegar al sitio que una amiga me había recomendado, al llegar al Restaurante revisé la carta y siempre pregunto que si hay muchas órdenes y en cuanto tiempo estaba mi pedido, el dueño me dijo que en 20 minutos, así que le di play jejeje. Siempre que salgo a comer afuera estoy acompañada, para compartir la comida. Esto no impidió en comerme mi Hamburguesa y disfrutarla, su pan con ajonjolí suave y contenía Pollo, con lechuga, tomate, pepino, queso Cheddar acompañada con papitas fritas y una Coca-Cola, nada dietético por su puesto. Mi cena fue de 500 calorías, Pero bueno un gusto de vez en cuando no cae mal, y de vez en cuando queremos consumir algo consistente, además ando en movimiento, pues para llegar al sitio fueron casi 3K y bueno luego de comer al saludar a un amigo fue muy relajante y una noche genial en ese buen restaurante de comida rápida, así que bueno me regresé a mi casa caminando y pasar la digestión y el remordimiento de conciencia, sentimientos culposos jejeje, encontré a esta iglesia evangélica, pues no acostumbro a comer tan tarde. Llegué a casa sana y salva y relajada lista para echarme una ducha y descansar, así termine mis pasos de ayer amigos aventureros. Gracias por su atención amigos de @actifit hasta la próxima.
