Yesterday I felt a little anxious, because of things that I am going through so I decided to visit a friend who lives 3 and a half kilometers away, I decided to start my long walk, I had thought about taking a bus, but it was better to walk to her house, she is also going through bad situations in life, she lost her husband and well in these cases we always have life friends to drain these emotions.

I when I got home she felt joy and well we have more than 29 years of friendship, on the walk I saw the weather forecast and I had heard about storm #12, I took a chance and went to her house.

Before leaving, I had a cup of coffee to energize myself. When I got to her house, I felt tired. This was strange because it wasn't that many miles for me. I even thought I was sick, or at least that I was going to get a crisis. God protect me since I'm having a severe flu outbreak.

While my friend was at home, we heard a loud noise, it was raining. It really scared us, haha. Luckily, I was already at her house, protected. I returned home on my motorcycle until 7 p.m. Everything was wet, and that's how I finished my day. Many greetings, friends of @actifit, until next time, my Adventurers.

[Spanish,Here]> Feliz sábado queridos amigos de el estilo de vida saludable, para todos les deseo bendiciones, el día de ayer me sentí algo ansiosa, por cosas que estoy pasando así que decidí visitar a una amiga que vive a 3 kilómetros y medio, decidí emprender mi caminata larga, había pensado tomar un bus, pero mejor caminaba hasta su casa, ella también está pasando por situaciones malas de la vida, perdió a su esposo y bueno en estos casos siempre tenemos a los amigos de vida para drenar estás emociones, cuando llegó a su casa ella siente alegría y bueno tenemos más de 29 años de amistad, en el paseo ví el tiempo puesto y había escuchado de la tormenta #12, me arriesgue y llegué a su casa, antes de salir de taza tomé una taza de café para las energías, cuando llegue a su casa me sentía cansada, me extraño porque para mí no fue tantos kilómetros, hasta pensé que estaba enferma o al menos que me va a agarrar la crisis, Dios me proteja, ya que está fuerte el brote de gripe. Al estar en casa mi amiga conversando sentimos un fuerte ruido era la lluvia, que en verdad nos asustó jejeje, menos mal que ya estaba en su casa protegidos, hasta las 19 pm que retorne a mi casa en moto, todo estaba mojado y así terminé mi jornada.
