Yesterday I was active on my walk, around my community, I took advantage of the bright weather, at noon it rained, so the afternoon was cool.
I was happy because I had gone to the gynecologist in the morning, because you know that months ago I underwent surgery and my recovery, which is quite slow, is going very well, the doctor told me to continue with my exercises, nothing weight lifting because it could harm me, and I feel good and happy just knowing that my health is going well, on my walk I admired the sky and its sunset so bright and golden a few minutes later it turned pink, so I enjoyed my walk.

Estaba contenta porque había ido en horas de la mañana al ginecólogo, pues ya saben que haces meses pase por una cirugía y la cual mi recuperación que es bastante lenta está funcionando muy bien, el doctor me dijo que siguiera con mis ejercicios nada de peso pues podría perjudicar me, y me siento bien y feliz con solo saber que mi salud va bien, en mi caminata admiraba el cielo y su atardecer tan brillante y dorado a los minutos de puso rosado, así que disfrute mi paseo.

Hola mi bellísima, ojalá pueda verlos pronto, si no es tan fácil pasar por esto porque los achaques son duros, así q estar en movimiento me alegra y mejora es lenta la recuperación. Saludos besos abrazos
