Greetings my friends


Happy Saturday my people of the healthy lifestyle, to all I wish you blessings, yesterday I went out very late just as the sun says goodbye to welcome the night, and I was able to appreciate a beautiful pink sunset.

The truth is that I had days without walking, since I was busy at home fixing some things, my body is already asking for a walk, and I went out to the surroundings where there is a lot of vegetation and a pleasant climate.

I was alone and I have told you that I like being alone because I concentrate more on my body because I feel that I exercise more and perform much better, I also thought that school vacations are coming and although I am retired I think about my friends who are free and we can plan a trip, since recreation is an important part of us. The sunset was great and I was able to capture these images that show beauty.

[Spanish,Here]> Feliz Sábado mi gente de el estilo de vida saludable, para todos les deseo bendiciones, el día de ayer salí muy tarde justamente cuando el sol se despide para darle la bienvenida a la noche, y pude apreciar un hermoso atardecer Rosa, la verdad que tenía días sin caminatas, puesto que estuve ocupada en casa arreglando unas cosas, ya mi cuerpo pide caminata, y salí a los alrededores donde hay mucha vegetación y un clima agradable. Estuve sola y les he contado que me gusta más estar sola porque me concentro más en mi cuerpo pues siento que me ejército más y rindo mucho más, pensaba también que vienen las vacaciones escolares y aunque estoy jubilada pienso en mis amistades que están libre y podremos planificar un viaje, pues la recreación forma parte importante de nosotros. El atardecer estuvo genial y pude capturar estas imágenes que muestran belleza. Saludos amigos de actifit hasta la próxima mis Aventureros .
