Greetings my friends

Happy Wednesday my people of the healthy lifestyle, to all I wish you blessings,

Today I went out to my bed at night, today was a very busy day, because early in the morning there was a 2.6 earthquake and my bed shook strongly. I stayed calm, since I have felt many tremors and they have been stronger, in the afternoon the weather cleared and lightning was heard, but it did not rain.

So later I went out with my husband for my walk and on the way we saw some ducks they were as if lost, they let us take pictures and well although I always see a lot of nature, that is the good thing about walking outdoors, I love the plants and those sunflowers were in bloom that I love so much were there, then we stopped to do some shopping for dinner, so I loved my walk today.

I hope to get active again tomorrow. Greetings friends of actifit until next time my Adventurers.

Me mantuve en calma, ya que he sentido muchos temblores y han sido más fuertes, en la tarde se puso el tiempo y se escuchó relámpagos, pero no llovió así que más tarde salí con mi esposo a mi caminata y en el camino vimos unos patos estaban como extraviado, se dejaron retratar y bueno aunque siempre veo mucha naturaleza, es lo bueno de caminar al aire libre, me encanta las platas y estaban allí esos girasoles florecidos que tanto me encantan, luego nos detuvimos a unas compras para la cena, así que me encantó mi caminata de hoy.
