My walking With Friends| My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2026
Greetings my friends
Happy Monday, athletes and healthy-lifestyle enthusiasts! We’re keeping active with this app, ACTIFIT, for our physical and mental well-being. Today I went out early with a friend to shop downtown; I opened the app, walked a few blocks, and then came home
In the afternoon, as usual, I went to the sports center with my friends; even if I don’t post and sometimes don’t activate this app, I stay active—Monday through Thursday starting at 6 p.m., I walk around the sports center, Felizx Lalito Velesquez, and we head to the upper part of the court; the atmosphere is wonderful, as there are many athletes and people living this healthy lifestyle.
Sometimes we stop at the machines because, even though none of us suffer from any illnesses, we stay active to prevent those ailments; exercise and diet guarantee this. Every day I feel better, and it’s already become a habit.

PM caminó por el polideportivo, Felizx Lalito Velesquez, nos dirigimos a la parte de arriba de la cancha; el ambiente es maravilloso, pues hay muchos atletas y gente con este estilo de vida saludable. Algunas veces nos detenemos en las máquinas, pues, a pesar de que ninguna sufrimos de enfermedades, nos mantenemos activas y así prevenimos esos malestares; esto lo garantizan los ejercicios y la alimentación. Cada día me siento mejor y ya se ha vuelto un hábito. Hasta aquí, mis amigos aventureros de Actifit.
