Hola! Amigos de Movies & TV Shows para esta ocasión quiero traer un pequeño review sobre un reality que veo a diario, se trata del desafío de las cajas, se les llama así porque hay 4 casas con competidores que estarán compitiendo dentro de unas zonas que recrean como si fueran unas cajas, aquí le colocan obstáculos y muchos retos fuertes donde quien logre hacerlo mejor será el ganador de la competencia. Este reality lo transmiten en el canal caracol y van subiendo un capitulo de lunes a viernes por la noche.

Como son las Competencias? - What are the Competencies like?

Actualmente en este desafío the box 2022 hay 4 tipos de competencias, las cuales están dirigidas hacia:

• Competencia de Aire: Los encargados del reality recrean una serie de retos donde el competidor no puede tocar el piso, ponen diferentes obstáculos, muchas de estas competencias se basan en la rapidez, ponen aros donde los competidores pasan por debajo manteniéndose arriba, ponen equilibrios y algunos retos donde el participante jamás debe tocar el suelo. Generalmente salen a competir 3 mujeres y 3 hombres, los 6 participantes que lleguen primero ganan esta competencia de aire.

• Air Competition: The people in charge of the reality show recreate a series of challenges where the competitor cannot touch the floor, they put different obstacles, many of these competitions are based on speed, they put hoops where the competitors pass underneath while staying on top, they put balances and some challenges where the participant must never touch the floor. • Competencia de Tierra: Igualmente aquí recrean un gran espacio donde colocan muchos obstáculos, pero esta vez todo es desde el suelo, esta competencia me parece de las mas fuertes, hace falta gran resistencia porque el trayecto es largo, los ponen a pasar troncos por debajo, subir algunas paredes y muchas veces subir la cuerda con una altura alta para luego saltar hacia otro lado. Como en la anterior el ganador será el grupo que pueda completar la pista primero.

• Ground Competition: Also here they recreate a large space where they place many obstacles, but this time everything is from the ground, this competition seems to me one of the strongest, it takes great resistance because the path is long, they put them to pass logs underneath, climb some walls and often climb the rope with a high height and then jump to another side. As in the previous one, the winner will be the group that can complete the course first.

• Competencia de Contacto: Esta competencia puede ser un poco complicada, muchas veces los ponen a luchar con protección, todo dentro de un circulo donde quien saque al competidor rival y queda uno al final de todo es el ganador. Tambien colocan muchas veces canastos, aqui los competidores deben buscar pelotas para encestarlos, pero quien no tiene la pelota debe impedirlo y hay mucho contacto entre los participantes para poder lograr esto. Igualmente el equipo ganador será el que tenga mayor puntaje.

• Contact Competition: This competition can be a bit complicated, many times they put them to fight with protection, all within a circle where whoever takes out the rival competitor and there is one left at the end of it all is the winner. They also place many times baskets, here the competitors must look for balls to basket them, but whoever does not have the ball must prevent it and there is a lot of contact between the participants to be able to achieve this. The winning team will be the one with the highest score.

• Competencia de Agua: Esta pista la recrean en una piscina, los competidores van con toda rapidez donde abajo de las piscinas siempre le colocan algo que agarrar, una vez lo consiguen deben pasar hacia otro lado donde puede haber otra piscina y terminar completando algún reto de inteligencia. También suele ser un pista difícil como las anteriores, la fuerza, rapidez e inteligencia son piezas vitales para conseguir el triunfo. El equipo ganador será quien logre completar la pista de primero.

• Water Competition: This track is recreated in a pool, the competitors go with all speed where below the pools always place something to grab, once they get it they must move to another side where there may be another pool and finish completing some intelligence challenge. It is also usually a difficult track as the previous ones, strength, speed and intelligence are vital pieces to achieve the triumph. The winning team will be the one that manages to complete the track first.

Todas estas pistas suelen tener un trayecto largo, normalmente las competencias duran entre 30-45 minutos, imagínense lo desgastante que puede ser todo, realmente le colocan retos muy fuertes y por eso la preparación física de los participantes debe ser muy buena. Todos los participantes que escogen para el reality son deportistas, personas dedicadas al gimnasio y por eso pueden aguantar un poco estas duras competencias.

All these tracks usually have a long route, normally the competitions last between 30-45 minutes, imagine how exhausting everything can be, they really place very strong challenges and that is why the physical preparation of the participants must be very good. All the participants chosen for the reality show are athletes, people dedicated to the gym and that is why they can endure these tough competitions.

Que Sucede con Ganadores & Perdedores? - What Happens to Winners & Losers?

Van a existir 4 casas donde están 4 grupos, estos deben competir por la supervivencia de su existencia en el reality, pero también por la comida que tendrán en sus casas e igualmente los servicios, por esta razón es importante ganar todas las competencias, pues quien gana tiene derecho a comer todo lo que desea en su hogar, para el segundo puesto le dan 2 tipos de alimentos nada mas, luego el 3ro va poder conservar los servicios, estos son electricidad, agua y cocina aunque no tienen nada para comer, mientras que el 4to y ultimo lugar no tendrá derecho ni a comer ni a tener ningún servicio en su casa.

There will be 4 houses where there are 4 groups, they must compete for the survival of their existence in the reality, but also for the food they will have in their homes and also the services, for this reason it is important to win all competitions, because whoever wins has the right to eat everything they want at home, for the second place they give 2 types of food only, then the 3rd will be able to keep the services, these are electricity, water and kitchen but have nothing to eat, while the 4th and last place will not have the right to eat or have any service at home.

Por eso el desafío es muy fuerte porque te obligan a ganar, si no comes no puedes mantenerte fuerte, luego también hay pequeñas cosas que influyen, como poder bañarte, cepillarte los dientes y entre tantas cosas que son tener servicios. También es importante comentar que el primer puesto como ganador va escoger 2 sentenciados a muerte, esto quiere decir que van a elegir a 2 participantes de las otras casas y le colocaran un chaleco que esto lo identifica como sentenciado a muerte. Cuando digo muerte se trata de una competencia, que luego de que acabe el ciclo de todas las competencias, va surgir esta que serán con 6 sentenciados a muerte y 2 de ellos quedaran eliminados y fuera del reality.

Ganar no es solo asegurar su comida y servicios, también es asegurar su permanencia en la competencia, cada semana van a ir eliminando participantes, incluso llega un momento donde una casa cae por completo, ya aquí no serian 4 equipos si no que 3 y así sigue consecutivamente hasta que llegan a tan solo 4 participantes que compiten en la final por el gran premio del Desafio the Box. Si como pueden ver todos comienzan juntos con equipos, pero al final el premio es individual y por eso la estrategia dentro de todo esta competencia es fundamental en cada momento. Existe una competencia que es por castigo, quien gane el primer lugar podrá tener todo, comidas, sentenciar a un participante y a parte de eso poder mandar un castigo a un equipo, los castigos suelen ser muy fuertes, por ejemplo uno de los castigos de este año fue cortar el cabello de una participante femenina, ella podía decidir si dejarse hacer eso o salir de la competencia, una situación un poco complicada y por eso también es importante ganar para en un momento no recibir castigo.

Como se Conforman los Equipos? - How are the teams formed?

Este reality es de Colombia donde se reúnen 44 participantes de diferentes regiones, estas son muchas para el momento del comienzo, la edición de 2022 conto con 11 regiones, Amazónicos, Santandereanos, Antioqueños, Boyacenses, Cachacos, Cafeteros, Costeños, Pastusos, Llaneros, Tolima Grande y Vallecaucanos.. luego que están todas estos participantes de diferentes regiones, van organizando 5 grupos y al final solo van a quedar 4 porque ese mismo día del inicio de todo eliminan al equipo mas lento de la competencia que le colocan.

El primer participante que llega a la meta tendrá el poder de representar su región, por ejemplo si un antioqueño fue el primer en cruzar la meta, esa casa será identificada dentro del desafío y el como fue el primero será capitán y escoger una equipo. Luego los otros 3 restantes harán lo mismo, lo que quiere decir que habrán 4 capitanes y 4 casas. Como he hablado de los capitanes, debo nombrar que llega un momento en el reality que hacen una desafío de capitanes, aquí ponen una competencia muy dura donde los 4 estarán compitiendo por la permanencia de su casa, quien pierda estará perdiendo su región y ese grupo se estará dividiendo entre las otras 3 casas restantes.

Este reality del desafío tiene ya mas de 15 años, cada vez que hacen una edición el premio a ido aumentando poco a poco, para este año 2022 el desafío the box estará repartiendo 1.400.000.000 pesos colombianos, aquí se escogerá un hombre y una mujer como ganadores.

Mi Opinión Final - My Final Opinion

Ya son 4 años con este que estado viendo el reality, antes le llamaban el desafío super humano, ahora por el tema de las cajas lo llaman the box, para mi esta muy bueno, para quien le guste un poco el deporte es sumamente entretenido e igualmente para quien no también, ponen a los competidores a exigirse al máximo, vemos como equipos forman alianzas, como se crean estrategias para no ser sentenciados, y grandes competidores que muchas veces nos dejan sorprendidos. Aquí han participado campeones olímpicos, jugadores de futbol profesional y otros grandes atletas de diferentes disciplinas, pero igual para todos ha sido muy fuerte, muchos llegan a pasar hambre por el tema de estar perdiendo, competir a diario sin una buena alimentación es muy aterrador y mas que las competencias son duras.

It's been 4 years since I've been watching this reality show, before they called it the super human challenge, now because of the boxes they call it the box, for me it's very good, for those who like sports it's very entertaining and also for those who don't, they make the competitors demand the maximum, we see how teams form alliances, how they create strategies to avoid being sentenced, and great competitors that many times leave us surprised. Olympic champions, professional soccer players and other great athletes from different disciplines have participated here, but for all of them it has been very hard, many go hungry because they are losing, competing daily without good nutrition is very scary and even more so because the competitions are hard.

El capitulo que montan a diario dura aproximadamente 1 hora, pero lo que mas me gusta es que 35 minutos son de competencia, no llevan el reality a momentos amorosos ni de tanto hablar, entonces eso me resulta muy bueno porque el enfoque es claro y seriamente en lo deportivo. Vemos como convivir con ciertas personas puede ser difícil para algunos competidores, tener que formar confianza entre los compañeros es importante y como algunos equipos por mas buenos competidores que tenga, si no hay una unión comienzan a perder y tienen que buscar la sincronización para poder ser ganadores. Me encanta como muchas mujeres son tan fuertes, pueden competir de igual a igual contra los hombres, como no todo se trata de fuerza, también hay que usar la inteligencia, habilidad y entre otras cosas las competencias son parejas.

The daily episode lasts about 1 hour, but what I like the most is that 35 minutes are for competition, they don't take the reality show to love moments or so much talk, so I find that very good because the focus is clear and seriously on sports. We see how living with certain people can be difficult for some competitors, having to build trust between teammates is important and how some teams, no matter how good the competitors are, if there is no union they start to lose and have to look for synchronization in order to be winners. I love how many women are so strong, they can compete as equals against men, as it is not all about strength, you also have to use intelligence, skill and among other things the competitions are even.

Toda la temporada del desafío dura de 3 a 4 meses, eso es otro punto que me gusta mucho, porque todos los días tengo algo que ver y no me aburro. Nos damos cuenta que la disciplina, entrenamiento, corazón, sacrificio y mucho esfuerzo son de valor importante para seguir avanzando en competencia. El equipo de seguridad siempre esta atento a cualquier lesión o caída que sufren los competidores, hay buena organización en todo el equipo para que no haya trampas en las casas y es una producción de excelente nivel con gráficos muy buenos. Recomiendo 100% este reality a todo el mundo.

The whole challenge season lasts from 3 to 4 months, that is another point that I like very much, because every day I have something to see and I don't get bored. We realize that discipline, training, heart, sacrifice and a lot of effort are of great value to continue advancing in competition. The security team is always attentive to any injury or fall suffered by the competitors, there is good organization throughout the team so that there are no traps in the houses and it is a production of excellent level with very good graphics. I recommend 100% this reality show to everyone.
