UFC279: Duelo de leyendas & un despido glorioso - Duel of legends & a glorious farewell [ESP-ENG]
La energías mágicas quisieron regalarnos un gran combate, ofrecernos una pelea estelar, mucho mas competitiva y tuvimos el gran placer de observar, una batalla entre Nate Díaz contra Tony Ferguson, dos personas que marcaron la compañía y que estando en su etapa final, jamás esperamos verlos luchando y por ello resulto de gran emoción para todos los fanáticos del MMA. Nate Díaz tendría su último combate, acabando por fin su contrato, quería estar libre y consiguió irse por todo lo alto de la UFC. Tony Ferguson necesitaba una victoria, convencer a los espectadores que aun le queda combustible y ha sido todo lo contrario.
The magical energies wanted to give us a great fight, to offer us a stellar fight, much more competitive and we had the great pleasure of watching, a battle between Nate Diaz against Tony Ferguson, two people who marked the company and that being in its final stage, we never expected to see them fighting and therefore it was of great excitement for all MMA fans. Nate Diaz would have his last fight, finally finishing his contract, he wanted to be free and got to leave the UFC in style. Tony Ferguson needed a victory, to convince the spectators that he still has fuel left and it has been the opposite.
Esperaba una pelea muy pareja, tener una alta intensidad por parte de ambos, aunque lamentablemente no fue posible, porque Nate Díaz pudo dominar y nos quedamos con un flojo rendimiento por parte de Tony Ferguson. Gracias a Khamzat por no dar el peso, no vimos a estas leyendas sufriendo, porque seguramente la hubieran pasado mal, Li Jingland fuera hecho desastre a Ferguson y Chimaev igualmente lo propio ante Nate Díaz. Con este intercambio de enfrentamientos, ambos terminaron físicamente bien, verlos al final del combate abrazados, realmente ha sido de lo mejor del año, jamás serán olvidados y se merecen un enorme respeto por todo lo que ofrecieron en su mejor momento a la compañía.
I expected a very even fight, to have a high intensity from both, but unfortunately it was not possible, because Nate Diaz was able to dominate and we were left with a weak performance from Tony Ferguson. Thanks to Khamzat for not making the weight, we did not see these legends suffering, because they would have surely had a hard time, Li Jingland was a disaster against Ferguson and Chimaev also did the same against Nate Diaz. With this exchange of fights, both ended physically well, to see them at the end of the fight hugging each other, has really been one of the best of the year, they will never be forgotten and deserve enormous respect for everything they offered in their best moment to the company.
Análisis del combate - Combat analysis
El combate yendo a un terreno de pie, tenia mas posibilidades Tony Ferguson, vimos que ante Michael Chandler, pudo conectar buenos golpes y Nate Díaz venia preparándose para Khamzat Chimaev, hombre que cuenta con gran habilidad en el piso y por ello este intercambio debió ser mas ventajoso para Tony. Pues todo lo contrario, Nate Díaz arrollo a Ferguson, fueron 101 golpes conectados con un 71% de ellos hacia la cabeza de Tony por parte de Nate y se puede apreciar en las imágenes quien estaba mayormente golpeado.
Nate Díaz estuvo mucho mas rápido, lo cual ha sido fundamental, entraba en la guardia de Tony cuando quería, pegaba muchas combinaciones y Ferguson simplemente retrocedía, luego del primer asalto Tony no volvió a lanzar mas golpes, no quiso intercambiar y así difícilmente puedas ganar una pelea. El cardio no fue problema, no hubo gran intensidad, los ritmos fueron lentos, pero dominados por Nate Díaz, quien estaba haciendo lo que quería, disfrutaba por momentos con los fanáticos, mientras combatía contra Ferguson y eso demuestra lo mal que estuvo Tony.
Ferguson busco con muchas patadas abajo, pego en varias ocasiones y de manera contundente, quizás una gran solución al problema que estaba teniendo con el striking, no podía encontrar a Nate Díaz y con patadas se podía abrir una opción a derribos. Justamente eso busco en el 4to asalto, quiso llevar al suelo a Díaz, pero rápidamente lo atrapo en una guillotina y eso fue todo para terminar con una gran sumisión. Fue rápido, sorprende porque Tony jamás se rinde, incluso Charles Oliveira no pudo someterlo, luchador que tiene el récord de sumisiones y que Nate Díaz lo consiguiera tan rápido, nos demuestra que Tony ya no esta para seguir compitiendo.
The fight going to a standing ground, Tony Ferguson had more chances, we saw that against Michael Chandler, he could connect good punches and Nate Diaz was preparing for Khamzat Chimaev, a man who has great ability on the ground and therefore this exchange should have been more advantageous for Tony. On the contrary, Nate Diaz overwhelmed Ferguson, there were 101 punches connected with 71% of them to Tony's head by Nate and you can see in the images who was mostly beaten.
Nate Diaz was much faster, which has been fundamental, he entered Tony's guard when he wanted, he hit many combinations and Ferguson simply backed off, after the first round Tony did not throw more punches, he did not want to exchange and so you can hardly win a fight. The cardio was not a problem, there was no great intensity, the rhythms were slow, but dominated by Nate Diaz, who was doing what he wanted, enjoyed at times with the fans, while fighting Ferguson and that shows how bad Tony was.
Ferguson looked with many kicks down, hit several times and forcefully, perhaps a great solution to the problem he was having with striking, he could not find Nate Diaz and with kicks could open an option for takedowns. That's exactly what he was looking for in the 4th round, he wanted to take Diaz to the ground, but he quickly caught him in a guillotine and that was all to end with a great submission. Se podía esperar una victoria de Nate, Tony no viene demostrando un buen desempeño y era posible la victoria para salir de la UFC con broche de oro. Lo que no esperaba, seria un dominio total en todas las facetas, Nate Díaz hizo lo que quiso en striking y luego en el piso consiguió la finalización rápidamente. Después de esta actuación, pude ver por las redes, algunas personas comentar, que Nate Díaz puede continuar ganando ante peleadores y debería permanecer en la compañía. Para mi esto no es cierto, gano cómodamente ante un Ferguson que esta para el retiro, pero Nate Díaz viene de recibir muchas palizas y ante cualquier top 15 seguramente perdería.
A los 37 años de edad se despide en grande, sale de la UFC con una gran victoria, imponiéndose ante un nombre importante, sabemos que Tony Ferguson no es la sombra de lo que fue, pero tener ese ese nombre en la estadística, no será nada despreciable y mucho menos cuando resulta ser tu último combate. La UFC quiso castigarlo, lo habían colocado ante el hombre mas peligroso de la categoría, por suerte todo cambio, porque se fuera ido con una derrota o por lo menos eso era lo que se esperaba y ahora se va por todo lo alto recibiendo la gran ovación del público que tanto lo quiere.
Espero que haga peleas de boxeo, pudiera ser contra los hermanos Paul, aquí Nate Díaz aseguraría una gran suma de dinero y después de esta victoria su nombre sigue en gran auge. Las ventas de una próxima pelea están aseguradas, incluso ante Conor Mcgregor seria interesante, quien se expreso en twitter y comento que la trilogía va suceder. Las dos peleas que tuvieron en la UFC, son sumamente icónicas de gran relevancia y verlos competir nuevamente seria espectacular. Tomando en cuenta que los dos, no están en su mejor rendimiento, hablando sobre MMA, lo mejor seria en un ring de boxeo y eso seria un combate que vendería muchos PPV. ¡Felicidades! Nate Díaz logro un gran despido, ahora mismo esta en las mejores condiciones para negociar una gran pelea fuera del UFC.

For me this is not true, he won comfortably against a Ferguson who is ready for retirement, but Nate Diaz comes from taking many beatings and against any top 15 fighter he would surely lose.

"Muchos peleadores no se retiran del deporte, esperan que el deporte los retire, es muy desafortunado, la salud es lo mas importante", palabras de George St-Pierre, luchador que para muchos es el mejor de la historia y definitivamente tiene razón. 12 victorias consecutivas llego a tener Tony Ferguson, recuerdo cuando estaba en su mejor momento, las personas comentaban que podía ganarle a Khabib y quitarle el invicto, lo cual yo también creía en su momento, pues en su pico máximo de rendimiento, Tony fue de lo mejor de la UFC y lamentablemente esos tiempos han concluido y parece que el no se ha dado cuenta.
Sumando esta derrota contra Nate Díaz, serian 5 en filas y es muy doloroso, no tiene sentido que continúe perdiendo, esta manchando sus estadísticas, llenarse de perdidas no es nada bueno y mucho menos recibir tanto castigo. Recibió una enorme paliza contra Justin Gaethje, luego Michael Chandler lo termino noqueando de manera dramática, uno de los KO's mas duros que se han visto en los últimos tiempos y Tony Ferguson tuvo complicaciones de daños mentales. Después de su performance, la cual ha sido muy mala, pudiera decir vergonzosa, porque pierde contra Nate Díaz, quien considero que no tiene muchos atributos y actualmente no se encuentra en los ranking del UFC, debería ponerle fin a su carrera, no puede competir.
Tristemente Tony Ferguson no puede vencer a ningún top 15, tampoco puede vencer a un hombre fuera de los ranking, entonces a quien le vas a colocar, me parece innecesario el castigo que pueda seguir recibiendo y la UFC tiene que ponerle un freno. En la entrevista post-pelea, comento que tiene que mejorar ciertos errores, alegando que va seguir peleando y realmente para mi no tiene ninguna lógica. Tony ya no tiene fuerza en sus golpes, perdió toda la reacción, se rinde fácil en el piso y no cuenta con capacidad para intercambiar golpes a nivel de striking. Lo siento leyenda, pero el tiempo pasa para todos, a tus 38 años de edad, lo mas conveniente para tu legado y para tu salud es retirarte de la UFC. ¡No sigas Tony!

Tristemente es la verdad, paliza tras paliza viene recibiendo y no se ve muestra de alguna mejora. Lo mejor para su carrera y su salud será que se retire ya.
Este es uno de los Deportes que he visto en la programación de la tv y no me he detenido a ver, pero aún me parece bueno ver la variedad de disciplinas que podemos encontrar en el feed de la comunidad #FullDepeores. Así que muy buen trabajo con sus reseñas de este deporte de artes marciales.

Excelente por Nate, culmino su carrera de la mejor manera, ahora puede hacer lo que quiera libre de las amarras de UFC. Por otro lado, Tony da tristeza verlo pelear, realmente no tiene nada que ofrecer actualmente, deberia descansar antes de que sufra un daño peor. La ufc deberia cortarlo por bien a su salud.
Todo le salió bien a Nate, se ha ido por la puerta grande y está en una gran posición de hacer un evento grande.
Y si da mucha tristeza, hubo un momento donde Tony estaba corriendo, sumamente lamentable, ojalá en verdad lo corten, aunque la UFC tiene sus malas actitudes y quieran seguir generando dinero con su nombre, sin importar que ya no está para competir.

Hola amigo @wensports , como siempre nos traes en tus post la mejor información de la MMA, soy seguidor asiduo de este deporte y de la carrera de Nate Diaz y Connor McGregor, ojala pudiéramos ver un combate entre ambos, con respecto a Nate Diaz me gusta su seguridad y agresividad, en mi opinión es un duro, ha dejado a sus seguidores contentos, disfruté leer tu post, con tu contenido siempre estoy al día, me agrada la soltura de tu narrativa y lo bien que conoces de este deporte, saludos y abrazos.
