Khamzat Chimaev llego con mucho hate para su pelea del sábado, los abucheos no tardaron en llegar, los fanáticos querían verlo perder, pues Chimaev se ha tomado el papel de villano y luego de su mala presentación en el pesaje, los espectadores no se iban a quedar callados. Kevin Holland es un peleador top, tiene gran striking y pega muy fuerte. En el papel lucia una batalla un poco pareja, pero Khamzat sigue demostrando lo bueno que puede ser, confirmando que es el mayor talento de la compañía y realizo una performance de total dominio.

Lo mas fuerte que tiene Khamzat Chimaev, sin duda alguna es el suelo, posee una lucha de gran nivel, pocos en la UFC pueden medirse ante el "león", una vez consigue atraparte, difícilmente puedas salir de su dominio y probablemente se acabe la pelea. Contra Kevin Holland no se puede analizar mucho, tan solo basto 3 minutos para terminar con el y seguir creciendo su estatus dentro de la compañía. Estaba esperando un momento de striking, pasajes del combate donde ambos lanzaran combinaciones y fuera una oportunidad para Holland de sacar sus potentes manos, pero Khamzat no lo permitió y por la vía rápida consiguió la victoria.
Chimaev puede pelear en 185 libras y en 170 libras donde actualmente es top 3, pero es un hombre muy grande, se dice que fuera de campamento, Khamzat ronda las 205-210 libras, quizás por eso el corte de peso esta vez no fue tan sencillo y fallo en la bascula buscando las 170. ¿Debería subir? Muchos piensan que seria lo mejor, luego de las complicaciones que tuvo, aunque el comento que va pelear en ambas divisiones y buscara obtener los 2 títulos. "¡Yo soy Mike Tyson, yo soy Muhammad Ali!!", termino gritando Khamzat frente al micrófono, tiene mucha confianza el chico y realmente me encanta lo que transmite.
Siguiendo la linea del peso, siendo un hombre tan grande, se puede ver que llega mas cargado de masa y por lo tanto es mucho mas fuerte que sus rivales, por ello se le hace mas fácil buscar un derribo y es un gran ventaja que lo convierte en un depredador. Son 28 años para este peleador, aun no hemos visto el techo y esta muy cerca de una pelea titular, estoy convencido que va ser campeón, todas las herramientas las tiene y solo es cuestión de tiempo para que suceda. Kevin Holland es de los mejores y Chimaev lo hizo lucir muy mal, sin despeinarse lo pudo finalizar y eso nos detalla lo gran peleador que es Khamzat.

El villano perfecto - The perfect villain
En la ceremonia del cara a cara, un día antes del combate, Khamzat Chimaev se metió muy fuerte contra el público, comenzó hacer gestos de mala manera, luego que lo estaban abucheando por no cumplir con el peso y todo eso genera que lo quieran ver perder. Incluso yo me sentía muy enojado, por ahora es de mis peleadores favoritos, pero no me gusto nada lo que hizo, la falta de disciplina y tratar de hacerse el malo, no son actitudes que me gusten, aunque entiendo que eso vende, porque ocasiona ruido y llama la atención de las personas y mucho mas de aquellas que solo buscan entretenimiento.
Khamzat Chimaev esta jugando muy bien su estrategia, quiere ser el villano de la película, ese que todos odian y al mismo tiempo lo quieren, porque luego de acabar con Holland, fue lo abrazo y mostro un gran respeto. Cuando vemos eso, podemos entender que esta buscando repercusión, el marketing siempre será un gran aliado y Khamzat es un hombre que esta vendiendo mucho, las redes explotan cuando va pelear, hay un gran sector que lo desea ver mal y otros que desean verlo en lo mas alto, todo esta genial, lo mismo sucedía cuando Conor Mcgregor estaba en su pico máximo y luego vimos como se pudo convertir en el atleta mejor pagado del mundo, superando a personas como Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi y Lebron James.
Conor llevo la UFC a otro escalón, lo impulso a lo que hoy es en día, la compañía mas importante de MMA y sigue creciendo a pasos acelerados. Figuras como Khamzat Chimaev siguen ayudando, haciendo que todo siga en aumento y el papel de villano le luce fenomenal. Lo que dice lo esta cumpliendo, ves actuaciones como esta y no puedes dudar de su calidad, este hombre esta para ser campeón, pocos actualmente pudieran vencerlo y mientras se mantenga invicto su hype va seguir hacia la luna. Por alguna razón, los peleadores correctos, aquellos que no se meten con nadie, terminan vendiendo pocos, los fanáticos buscan la polémica, las historias que puedan ofrecerle y Khamzat esta entreteniendo a los espectadores con todo esto. ¡Excelente! Se necesitaba un remplazo de Conor y Khamzat llego para ser la nueva mega estrella de la UFC.

¿Quién sigue? - Who is next?
Deseábamos verlo contra Kamaru Usman, una pelea titular en las 170 libras, pero Leon Edwards cambio los planes, pudo vencer al campeón y parece que se esta negociando una revancha, lo cual deja por fuera a Khamzat Chimaev y para mi la única opción seria Colby Covington. Esta pelea vendería mucho, seria interesante verlos en el suelo, Colby también tiene una enorme lucha, aunque es mucho mas pequeño que Khamzat Chimaev y por fuerza pudiera perder un poco abajo. De igual forma hay que verlo, Colby ha vencido casi a todos en la división, esta fuera de liga y solo perdió contra Kamaru Usman en peleas cerradas.
Me gustaría mucho ver ese enfrentamiento, pero no lo veo posible, Colby estará fuera del octágono un buen tiempo y Khamzat Chimaev no quiere esperar mucho, además gano rápido su combate, no paso del 1er asalto y pudiera pelear nuevamente este mismo año en la cartelera de Noviembre o Diciembre. La otra opción seria en 185 libras, buscar a Paulo Costa, hace poco tuvieron un pequeño altercado, se hizo viral en las redes y colocarlos a pelear seria una gran bomba. El brasileño tiene buen nombre, vende cada vez que va pelear y junto Khamzat seria muy lucrativa para la compañía. ¿Competitiva? No tanto, Chimaev acaba con Paulo Costa tranquilamente.
En las 170 libras no veo otro rival interesante, no puede ir hacia atrás, va ser difícil la decisión que tome Dana White, pues Chimaev no tiene problemas en pelear contra quien sea, pero no es lo mejor, hay que seguir llevando la carrera de este hombre a lo mas alto y una oportunidad titular es lo que necesita para terminar de estallar. Adesanya va pelear por el titulo en las 185 libras, no hay espacio abierto y esperar tomaría mucho tiempo. Veo factible que la compañía lo coloque frente a Leon Edwards, ambos en una lucha en Diciembre y dejar por fuera a Kamaru Usman, lo cual seria una falta de respeto, pero muy conveniente para la UFC, Edwards es un rival que Chimaev puede vencer y siendo campeón se cumpliría el objetivo.
Ahora mismo no hay tantos peleadores para Khamzat, lo cierto es que sus rivales, deben tener una gran preocupación, te lleva al suelo y se termina, así que deben prepararse muy bien en grappling, porque la lucha de Chimaev es nivel mundial y también si desea puede hacer un buen desempeño en striking. Muy completo, por algo lo tienen como lo mejor, para mi hizo el mejor desempeño de la noche y dejo impactados a muchos, incluyéndome porque no lo veía ganando tan fácil y sin embargo continua con su gran dominio. ¡Khamzat Chimaev es un animal! ¿Quién puede ganarle? Por ahora no veo a muchos haciéndole frente, cada vez se hace mejor peleador y contra Holland se ha ido sin recibir ni un solo golpe, brillante y dominante.

Holland es un muerto en el piso, todas sus peleas las ha perdido así, de hecho no ha ganado ni un round allí, era evidente que Chimaev haría eso sin intercambiar. Aún así no le quito mérito, pues venció a Hermanson hace tiempo en lucha y es muy bueno.
La UFC lo sigue inflando y eso está bien para el y la compañía, posiblemente le den otra victoria sencilla antes de enfrentarlo a otro top.
Si tienes toda la razón, perdió contra Brunson, perdió contra Vettori y el problema fue en el piso, gran peleador pero no tiene nada de grappling, aunque me sorprendió que aguantara tanto, quizás porque estaban frescos, pero mostro una resistencia ante esa gran presión de Khamzat.
Sabes yo no creo que este inflado, para mi si es un fuera de serie, pero quiero verlo contra alguien mas competitivo, Colby Covington seria lo ideal, ambos tienen una lucha increíble, pero no creo que eso pase.

Cuando peleo con burns se le vieron muchas cosas por pulir y desde aún no llega una pelea que nos deje ver si corrigió esas falencias...y ya este tipo es una garantía de dinero para la ufc por la manera en la que gana y por como se dirige al público y a los demás peleadores cuando habla...la gente va a pagar la entrada solo para verlo perder.
