It is good to see another person that posts decent actifit content. Like my dear friend @jayna, you have done more than just put the default Actifit info up. This is, to me, a great way to not only highlight your fitness but also engage with your readers! Somewhat off-topic, but relevant... are you aware of #marketfriday by @dswigle and #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay? Just throwing out info, to elevate your awesomesauce!! 30-minute walk? Wow... I remember when I was in the U.S. Army... I was stationed in Germany and during our days off, I would dress in my usual garb of sweat pants, combat boots, leather jacket, and walkman with headphones. I would often walk all day... travel several towns away, and sleep in city parks (hidden in the woods, of course, so I didn't get into trouble from the Polizei). NO way I could do that now... my Multiple Sclerosis does not allow me to do much more than walk to the front room 😆. But it was memories, and I cherish them all.

Conversely... I do remember visiting the Red Light District while in Germany. But it was just a quick pass-through, to say that I had. And to be honest... to talk about what I saw, would make me have to enable NSFW settings, and I am not about to do that. As I said memories... and some are best kept to one's self.
