My Actifit Report Card: March 14 2023

I went for a walk in the early hours of the morning ⛅ today and it numbered about 10,560 steps.

Then in rendering a home tutoring exercise walked to the bus stop and rod on a tricycle which sumed up to 14,072 steps. Proud of myself😁 though have a sore feet that pleads for a good massage and rest. You deserve it baby👣❤️

I am alive and thriving, hope you are as well... I walked the distance people😮‍💨🛌 I know I will have a splendid night rest.
