I Am Alive and Active: Actifit Report: September 17 2023

A day of rest and relaxation though not without a little walk.
I went for morning mass as I had a reading in the church today.
I only took my phone with me for the evening walk where the rain began to throw tantrums to usher in it's arrival. I was able to take this picture.

In school it was called an hibiscus flower.

The rain caught up with me so I had to take a cab home. My hair still feels damp from the drizzle that fell on it. It was indeed a heavy downpour which will make for an enjoyable sleep.🌝🥱

I am alive and thriving . Hope you are too?
