I am Alive and Active challenge (IAAC): Actifit Report: November 14 2023 My feet

I walked the longest distance today to get some things done and my shoes began to irritate my feet.
I went to the hospital then to the bank. Afterwards, I was at Abuja Geographic Information Systems (AGIS) and was to head for tutoring when my pupils parent called to move our classes. I was not close to home so I had to relive my feet.

I got to Apple and decided to get into salon where I could have pedicure and message to my stressed out feet.

The warm water and scented petals brought a whole level of comfort.

That's a great way to reward your feet for carrying you around all the time and enduring all you put them through with those shoes that started to irritate them. 😊

😂😂😂 In truth, I have put my feet through a lot.
It was quite pricey but having my feet feel pampered and envied right now 😎is a good reward😅

Yay for taking care of yourself and your tired feet! While it was a bit inconvenient to have your tutoring class rescheduled, it meant that you had time to get a scented, hot water food massage! Beautiful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
