Keep moving, taking one step at a time not minding how it feels. You made these choices when you felt sane and good. So keep to it no matter what, you will achieve the aim at the end. What a beauty it will be.
I made up my mind for a workout today at the start of the week. I worked out on Monday and rested a bit on Tuesday, told myself I was going to work out on Wednesday evening but a busy and hectic day made that a bad choice. So a workout today had to happen.
I saw these birds playing around, it almost looked like they were fighting
Guess what, I woke up not feeling like it. A fowl mood needed that workout the most. So I did what I usually do in situations like this- I listened to the decision I made yesterday night when I was thinking clearly (I went for a jog).
I had to drag myself to go out to tutor. I know for sure that indoors is my comfort zone.
I am alive and grateful. Hope you are too.

Sometimes, we just have to do the work even when we're not up to it. Immediately, we wake up, I think it's not uncommon to feel like not doing anything but eventually when our mind starts getting awake, that feeling disappears, sometimes.

I remember I started doing workouts with a lot of promises and motivation but later, I was not able to keep promises because of the uncertain situations. I wish you good luck...
