Hello dear Actifitters!

This morning started with a walk. I brushed my teeth while walking in the morning and also walked to work. I also walked to lunch at noon and walked back after lunch. There was a good amount of walking throughout the day. It feels good to be able to walk like this even in the middle of a busy day and the body also stays active.
