By the way... I think it's super cool that you ditched public transit to max out the health benefits and boost the steps! That's HUGE man!!! So many people would never do this so I'm very impressed by this.

A lot of the obesity epidemic we are experiencing here in the west is actually a derivative of oil addiction. (Something to ponder...)

People would rather roll along then step and so they get bent and out of shape.

I'm sure everything takes a bit longer (depending on where you live... some cities are walking cities!) but planning a little more time into your commutes and walking instead of riding... Well that's not just good for your body! It's also good for your soul!

Your proving with ever step you take that you are ALIVE and making a difference!

Wow thank you very much Wil, and as you say it is both healthy and enjoyable to be out walking, even if it does take a bit more time, and I wish you a fantastic week as well, and keep on walking.
