On the second division of Venezuelan soccer [ENG/ESP]
The second division of Venezuelan soccer, or as it is now known Ligafutve 2, is a professional soccer league, which its foundation dates back to 1979, and since then it has remained as a category that gives the step of many soccer teams to ascend to the top category of the first division. Throughout its existence, there have been a large number of teams, which have gone on to have other names or have simply disappeared.
Now, with this publication, where I use photographs taken by me of a second division match in Venezuela, between the teams Bolivar SC vs Atletico La Cruz, two soccer teams practically new to this category, but this time I do not talk about the game, but I take the images of this game as a reference, a game that ended up winning Atletico La Cruz 0-2, a team that last year was about to be promoted to the first division and is currently in first place in the table of their group.
La segunda división del fútbol venezolano, o como ahora se conoce Ligafutve 2, es una liga de fútbol profesional, que su fundación data desde 1979, y desde entonces se ha mantenido como una categoría que da el paso de muchos equipos de fútbol para ascender a la máxima categoría de la primera división. Durante toda su existencia, han existido una gran cantidad de equipos, que han pasado a tener otros nombre o simplemente han desaparecido.
Ahora, con esta publicación, donde utilizo fotografías tomadas por mi de un partido de segunda división de Venezuela, entre los equipos Bolívar SC vs Atlético La Cruz, dos equipos de fútbol prácticamente nuevos para esta categoría, pero en esta ocasión no hablo sobre el juego, sino que me tomo las imágenes de este juego como referencia, un juego que terminó ganando Atlético La Cruz 0-2, equipo que el año pasado estuvo a punto de ascender a la primera división y actualmente se encuentra de primer lugar en la tabla de su grupo.
At this time when I watch a soccer game in the second division, as was the case of this game Bolivar SC vs Atletico La Cruz, I have seen how in some way the players have had an improvement in sports performance, improving in many aspects in their game strategies, aspects that previously in more than 100 second division games I have witnessed, where you could see a lousy quality of the players, but also in some ways did not have much support for the training of many of these players, which on the other hand would see many talented players.
Likewise, most of the second division soccer teams must have the permission of first division teams to use the stadiums, although there is also the case that some teams have their own lease of certain soccer stadiums, but it is also seen that many of these stadiums do not have the optimal conditions to play a professional soccer match, but in this way soccer in this category must go through many obstacles for its existence.
En estos momentos cuando veo algún partido de fútbol de la segunda división, tal como fue el caso de este partido Bolívar SC vs Atlético La Cruz, he visto como de cierta manera los jugares han tenido una mejora en el rendimiento deportivo, mejorando en muchos aspectos en sus estrategias de juego, aspectos que anteriormente en más de 100 juegos de segunda división que he presenciado, donde se veía una calidad pésima de parte de los jugadores, aunque también de cierta forma no tenían mucho apoyo para la formación de muchos de esos jugadores, que por otra parte se verían muchos jugadores con talento.
Así como también, en su mayoría muchos de los equipos de fútbol de segunda división deben contar con el permiso de equipos de primera división para la utilización de los estadios, aunque también existe el caso de que algunos equipos cuentan con su propio comodato de ciertos estadios de fútbol, pero también se ve que muchos de esos estadios no tienen las condiciones óptimas para jugar un partido de fútbol profesional, pero de esta forma el fútbol en esta categoría debe pasar por muchos obstáculos para su existencia.
Therefore, it is a category that has had to be maintained with few resources, or also many of these teams are economically worth, by selling promising players abroad, even without having gone through the top category, but it is a way for teams to have permanence in the category, or otherwise disappear. That if I make a more extensive review, name it a large number of teams that have disappeared over time, but also many have reached the first division and after a few seasons, do not have the economic feasibility of staying in the first division, because in a way it is more expensive to stay in the first division.
Por lo tanto, es una categoría que se ha tenido que mantener con pocos recursos, o también muchos de estos equipos se valen económicamente, por la venta de jugadores promesas al exterior, incluso sin haber pasado por la máxima categoría, pero es una forma de que los equipos tengan permanencia en la categoría, o por lo contrario desaparecen. Que si hago una reseña más extensa, nombrarla una gran cantidad de equipos que han desaparecido con el tiempo, pero también muchos han llegado a la primera división y luego de algunas temporadas, no tienen la factibilidad económica de mantenerse en primera división, porque de cierto modo es más costoso mantenerse en la primera división.
I remember teams like Tucanes de Amazonas, which won the final against Carabobo FC, and was allowed to pass to the first division, coming from a season in the second division in standing out as one of the best teams, but then being in the first division did not perform very well and also had economic complications, and then relegated and spent a few seasons in the second division to disappear completely, and thus many teams have gone through this experience.
Recuerdo equipos como Tucanes de Amazonas, que ganó la final ante un Carabobo FC, y se permitió su pase a la primera división, viniendo de una temporada en segunda división en destacarse como unos de los mejores equipos, pero luego estando en primera división no tuvo muy buen rendimiento y también tuvieron complicaciones económicas, para luego descender y pasar algunas temporadas en segunda división hasta desaparecer completamente, y de esa forma muchos equipos han pasado por ests experiencia.
Teams that have created an image and identity in their locality for some years, and overnight, they cease to exist as a professional soccer team. Of course in the first division the same thing has happened, but in the second division it happens frequently, it is a category that has been for many years out of attention and support, although this year we have seen a better organization, let's hope it can develop much better in the future.

Equipos que han creado una imagen e identidad en su localidad por algunos años, y de la noche a la mañana, dejan de existir como un equipo profesional de fútbol. Por supuesto en primera división ha sucedido lo mismo, pero en la segunda división suele suceder con frecuencia, es una categoría que ha estado por muchos años fuera de la atención y apoyo, aunque este año se ha visto una mejor organización, esperemos que se pueda desarrollar mucho mejor en un futuro.
