Połowę poniedziałku spędziłam na spaniu a druga połowę na lekkim spacerze . Cała twarz i nos mnie bardzo bolą , dotknąć się nie idzie . Spacer nie był za długi . Było za gorąco i po 30 minutach już nie miałam czym oddychać bo całe drogi oddechowe zatkane . Po powrocie do domu wypłukałam nos i gardło , od razu lepiej . Nie wiem czemu tym razem tak strasznie mnie ta twarz boli . Może dlatego ,że już trochę leczeniem lest podrażniona ??? Nie wiem . Mam nadzieję , że mimo wszystko szybko przejdzie . 15 maja mam wizytę kontrolną w Warszawie . Lekarz sprawdzi i powie czy się zagoiło 😁 Ciśnienie krwi trochę mi wzrosło . Nie jest super rewelacyjne bo 98/67 ale jak dla mnie może być 😁 . Myślę , że w najbliższym czasie , się unormuje , a jeśli nie to przejdę się do lekarza .
I spent half of Monday sleeping and the other half on a light walk. My whole face and nose hurt so much, I can't touch it. The walk wasn't too long. It was too hot and after 30 minutes I couldn't breathe anymore because the entire respiratory tract was blocked. After returning home, I rinsed my nose and throat and it felt better. I don't know why my face hurts so much this time. Maybe it's because she's already a bit irritated by the treatment??? I don't know . I hope that despite everything it will pass quickly. On May 15, I have a follow-up visit in Warsaw. The doctor will check and tell you if it has healed 😁 My blood pressure has increased a bit. It's not super great because it's 98/67, but for me it's okay 😁 . I think it will get better soon, and if not, I will go to the doctor.
