Is Israel adasanya on gears ?

Let's talk the gyno we have been seeing in israel's right pec, i am a huge combat sports fan and watch the ufc events regularly and while watching the izzy vs costa weigh in i noticed that there was something odd in israel right pec. But did not think of it as much as i have no idea about steroid use and its effects.I also watch More plates more dates and derek had also uploaded the video about how israel could possibly be using steroids and because of it that the gyno formed.
Most of the things derek said went over my head as i have no understanding of steroid use and all the kinds of steroid you can find these days. And Israel as a fighter and the way he calls out steroid users does not come off as a gear user to me but the gyno has been repeating since the Costa fight so it bugging me that why the gyno has appeared.

Fighters like Paulo Costa,Yoel Romero ,Kamaru Usman, Jon Jones come off as gear user because their bodies are like body builder or they have been caught in the past but Izzy does not come off like a gear user as he talks about skills paying the bill, calling out Paulo and Yoel about using steroids.I know that by using gears you can have many advantages like recovery, stamina, strengh and you don't necessarily look like a body builder even if you use steroids. Fighter like Tj dillasaw and Anderson sliva used steroid but they did not look like bodybuilder with huge muscles.

The upper photo was uploaded by Dan hooker in his instagram and we can still see the gyno.I am a Izzy fan and i watch all his interviews and maybe i am biased and unable to accept that he is using steroids.
What do you think is the case is Izzy on gears ? If not then what caused the gyno?

Lastly what do you think will happen this in the main event Izzy vs Whittaker ? i like both the fighters but personally i want Robert to win so that we can watch the trilogy.
