My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2022
I ran a superb 5km run because of this burger!!!
I knew what was awaiting me at home. A southern fried chicken burger. A buttermilk fried thigh fillet patty with American cheese, pickles, bacon, lettuce and a honey Sriracha sauce. So I ran fast!!!
I was only 7 seconds off per km my PB! That's despite my soreness from my four sets of 8 reps lifting 110kg squats, I did yesterday, another PB.
I'm really trying to attack this year strong and keeping my habits healthy. I was going to have a rest day but knowing the burger awaited me I thought I'd go for a run first. Hope everyone is keeping well and on track!
