My Actifit Report Card: September 24 2022
Today I did calisthenic or bodyweight training, I did this activity for about 15 minutes then after that I jogged while collecting my daily steps.
After I finished jogging, I cleaned myself up and ate some fruit, then after that I rested while watching streaming videos.
Some exercise movements with body weight are Push Ups, Squats, Crunches, Planks, and some conditioning movements such as Jumping jacks and Burpees
Each movement I pause for 30 seconds and continue to 3 sets with each set of 10 to 12 repetitions.
