RE: Morning Run - Summer?

The last time I worked in an office it was only 2 miles away, and I'd either walk to work or ride my bike. When I rode I'd make a point of riding a few extra miles each way, since there was a shower on site that I could clean myself up in. I do miss that.

Now that I'm working from home (I have for about 5 or 6 years now) I find that it's nicer for me to go out riding at lunch. It's a nice way to break up the day. I might start a morning walk/ride again and spend lunch with my boys over the summer, but that'll depend on if I can get up early enough to do so. I'll admit, it's nice being able to get out of bed by 7 and still have time to start the day.

It's great to have that luxury. I've worked a lot with long commutes, but the current office is only about 10 miles away, so I can cycle it sometimes. It is an easy train journey anyway. I was at least getting exercise walking to the station. It's going to be strange going back regularly.
