通院メモ20221020 - My Actifit Report Card: October 20 2022

写真は四条烏丸の交差点にあるハナミズキの紅葉と赤い実です。京都でも紅葉が始まりました。これからハナミズキの葉が真っ赤になって、11月の始め頃からサクラが紅葉して、11月中頃からカエデが紅葉していく、という感じですね。

今日は眼科の通院日でした。今日は朝9時から視野検査の予約が入っていたので、いつもの通院より1本早いバスに乗って、四条高倉で降りて、歩いて眼科に行きました。着いて受付を済ませて5分くらい待ったら検査に呼ばれました。

まず眼圧と視力の検査、そして視野検査。視野検査はあちこちに光る光の点を見たらボタンを押すもので、それもまぶたにテープを貼りまくってあごとひたいを動かさないようにしてやるのですごく疲れました。

あと眼の写真を撮ってもらって、診察でした。視野検査の結果は悪くなっていないと言うことでした。次の診察は来年1月です。
