通院メモ20230110 - My Actifit Report Card: January 10 2023
写真は烏丸通の１つ西側にある室町通と四条通の交差点です。正面に写っている2つのお店は私が学生時代の頃からある年季の入った店です。
さて、今日は今年最初の精神科の通院日でした。
今日も年末年始の心身の調子など紙に書いて、自分から持っていきました。
で、診察のあとケースワークもあって、年頭の所感など話しました。
今年は小さな自分のお店を持って、何とか絵をもっと展示販売したいというものです。
「え、お店？！」と思うかもしれませんが、
常設の店舗はもちろん持てません。そんな資金はありません。今までよりこじんまりと、月に1回の土日、小さなギャラリーを借りて、
小さな個展をやるというものです。
ケースワーカーさんからは、色々考えてやり方を変えてみるのもいいことだよと言われました。
よし頑張るぞという気になりました。
広島での個展まであと1週間、頑張るぞという気になりました。
